After a mention by GUTemberg’s letter №43, I found on the DANTE site
Vorträge | DANTE e.V. a
mention that a pacakge htmltabs.sty was presented at latest DANTE
conference.

I am wondering where I could find more information about this
package. It seems that it is not yet published.

Schulz ? Tout ce que j’ai trouvé c’est un compte Github
patrickschulz (Patrick Kurth) · GitHub dont le propriétaire a plusieurs
projet TeX/LaTeX (donc c’est sans doute la bonne personne), mais
Github ne comprend pas de messagerie entre auteurs (en tout cas je
n’ai pas trouvé) …
